We start with a Quick Start Activation call (2 hours) to get me access to your QuickBooks and connected accounts. Then I get to work. I'll check in weekly with progress.
Toward the end, we meet to review preliminary financials. Once you approve, you receive finalized reports and a clean QuickBooks file you can maintain going forward.
One thing about communication — it matters. A lot. I'll have questions along the way. Answers within 48–72 hours keep the project moving. If that feels doable, you're in the right place.

Sign your engagement letter, get into your secure client portal, complete your intake questionnaire. (No pop quizzes… just where you download what's in your head so we have what we need to start clean.)

Upload W-2s, 1099s, prior returns, business financials, and anything else that applies. Not sure what applies? We walk you through it. You're not expected to already know.

If you run a business, we'll need access to your QuickBooks. I’ll send you an instructional video on how to add me as an admin on your account. (Books need a clean-up first? We'll flag it and quote that separately.)

We review every income source, apply every appropriate deduction, and tie your return back to your actual financial records. Questions come up — we ask them.

Before anything is filed, you'll see your return. You'll know what you owe or what's coming back. No surprises.

Once approved, we file with the IRS and applicable state(s). You receive confirmation and copies for your records.
