The calm, confident way to run your numbers inside QuickBooks

Imagine a Tuesday morning. Matcha in hand, the calendar chimes... you sit down for your Money Date.

Your QuickBooks dashboard is clean. Bank rules already handled the routine stuff. You reconcile every account to a $0 difference in minutes. You glance at cash on hand. Accounts Receivable is mostly paid; a few clicks and the gentle reminders go out. Accounts Payable is tidy. Bills scheduled, visible, paid with gratitude.

Your last launch sold out. Profit by income stream is right there on the P&L. You move 20% to your tax savings, like every month, then book that Maui Mastermind without flinching, because the numbers show you: you can.

You close your laptop feeling grounded, abundant, and ready to keep serving in the way only you can.

That's the energy we're moving with inside The Girls Who Do Their Books Club: steady. Confident. Grown.

Let's take inventory first.

BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF FOR A SEC:

  • Have you been avoiding opening QuickBooks because you're not sure where to start, what to fix, or what's even broken?

  • Have you tried to DIY it and ended up with categories that don't make sense, balances that feel "off," and a Stripe/PayPal mess you can't untangle?

  • When tax season hits, are you scrambling to pull reports your CPA can actually use, or hoping nobody asks too many questions?

  • Do you secretly believe that "knowing your numbers" is a thing other women do, and you're behind?

If you said yes to any of those... girl, same. Most of my clients did too (before they joined the club).

This is a system gap. And gaps close fast when you have the right sequence in front of you. It's not magic, it's simple. It's QuickBooks.

What You get Inside

The Girls Who Do Their Books Club

The step-by-step path through QuickBooks Online: setup, clean-up, and the monthly rhythm that keeps everything tidy on its own. Click for click. Lesson by lesson. Every module ends with one small action, so your books get cleaner as you move through it.

You get access as long as you're in. Stay for the rhythm, stay for the networking, cancel whenever.

Eleven modules, in the exact order that makes QuickBooks your little intern. You don't have to know what to do, just follow the sequence, that's the point.

  • MODULE 01

    Begin With a Strong Foundation

Pick the right QBO plan, set up your company, branding, and preferences. Learn the Money Date ritual and what "done" looks like every month.

  • MODULE 02

Chart of Accounts — Design Your Map

Import the done-for-you GDYB Chart of Accounts, clear your head, and align every category to how Money actually moves in your business. Outcome: a one-page P&L you can read at a glance.

  • MODULE 03

    Products & Services

Build your offers with intention and map each to the right income account. This is how you finally see profit by offer — not just total revenue.

  • MODULE 04

    Connect Your Accounts

Link bank, credit, and PayPal cleanly. Correct start dates, no double-counting, complete history.

  • MODULE 05

    Troubleshooting Missing Data

Repair partial imports, backfill safely, and learn when to import, when to journal, and when to stop and get help.

  • MODULE 06

    Allocations That Tell the Truth

Categorize using real IRS buckets, build simple bank rules, and get "Uncategorized" to zero and keep it there.

  • MODULE 07

    Reconciliations — Close the Month

Close to a $0 difference every single time. Catch timing issues, uncleared checks, and duplicates. This is your monthly health check.

  • MODULE 08

    Stripe / PayPal Clearing

Set up clearing accounts and run a clean monthly true-up: fees and payouts handled, no guessing.

  • MODULE 09

    Customers, Vendors + 1099 Readiness

Clean profiles, smart payment terms, W-9 tracking, and exactly who gets a 1099 (and NEC vs. MISC), so January is a non-event.

  • MODULE 10

    Tax Season Ready

Produce an accurate P&L and Balance Sheet, check your tax settings, and package everything for your CPA without the scramble.

  • MODULE 11

    Best Practices + Light Security

Memorized reports, backups, user roles, and the well-lit back end you'll actually maintain.

That's less than one panicked hour with a bookkeeper at tax time. It's less than the late fees, the amended returns, and the "I'll deal with it later" that turns into a $3,000 clean-up.

Founding members lock in $27/month and keep that rate as the membership grows. The price goes up from here, but yours won't. Instant access the second you enroll, starting with a Welcome video that shows you exactly where to begin. Cancel anytime.

Meet Allison

Never in a million years did I think of myself as "the Money person." Especially not the woman others would call to help them clean up their books.

I grew up in a house where Money was weaponized and I was told I'd never be good with it. I went to school for psychology, spent 14+ years in the corporate world, became a single mama, and somewhere along the way I learned QuickBooks like the back of my hand.

I'm a rebel who loves structure, go figure, spending the last two decades helping women clean up their books, get organized, and run their businesses like the CEOs they already are.

You don't need to become a bookkeeper. You need a system that holds you, lessons that respect your time, and a teacher who's done this for twenty years and still cares about every single woman I work with like family.

That's me.
This is the club.
Come on in.
