Our time together will start with an audit of your current set of books so I may familiarize myself with your business & see if there are processes we could put in place to streamline the set-up & create more ease for you.
I'll then perform an energetic cleansing & clean-up of your QuickBooks.
Afterwards, we'll review the financials together & I'll show you how to read them in case you're unclear how to do that.
month 1+2
I'll conduct the 1st month of activity & reconciliations — we'll go over and review the financials for that month together & start looking for trends.
month 3
You'll be in the driver's seat while I instruct you how to allocate & reconcile that month's numbers. Basically, I'll navigate you through the process.
month 4
You'll do the allocations & reconciliations while I watch, helping you midwife your way through, and of course I'll be there to direct when needed — you’ll start to get comfortable doing this on your own
month 5
You'll do the work yourself. I'll be available via WhatsApp for guidance, if needed. We'll schedule a call & I'll review the work for accuracy
month 6+7
Repeat of month 5 to ensure you've got the process down.
