A Clean Up with Sacred Worth is a reparation and recalibration of your Money management system—

QuickBooks

We’ll reset and energetically cleanse your books and Money through ritual and magic. Think: Earth meets Sky.

We’ll gently audit the current condition of your books and make a list of how to move forward in a soft, easeful way to get your Money all caught up and ready for tax filing with your CPA. (*Note: SacredWorth is not a CPA, we do not file taxes on your behalf.)

Often times, depending on the books energetics, we’ll start from scratch with a new set of QuickBooks—allowing for a beautiful cleansing and clearing to occur of the old ways, opening space for the new.

Moving through each line item, expense, income, liability and asset—sorting into the appropriate tax-deductible basket. Creating manual entries and adjustments when needed. Reconciling each bank, credit card and third-party processing account (ie Stripe, PayPal).

Deliverables…

You’ll walk away with clean, clear, organized books along with a set of accurate financial statements for each year we repaired. These financials are then handed over to your CPA so they may calculate and file the prior year return(s) for you.

  • $ Checking account allocations of expenses and income to correct Money basket

    $ Credit card account allocations of expenses to correct category

    $ Allocation of third party i.e. stripe income to appropriate clearing account

    $ Manual adjusting journal entries for third party payment processors

    $ Manual adjustments to account for interest versus principal per liability account

    $ Manual adjustments to allocate for payroll transactions, when appropriate

    $ Reconciliations per bank account

    $ Reconciliations per credit card account

    $ Reset the energetic integrity of books and Money while cleaning

    $ Deliverables: (profit & loss, balance sheet)—for Client to provide to CPA once finalized and approved

  • We’ll start off with a 2-hour Quick Start Activation session where Sacred Worth will gain access to your QuickBooks Online account and all bank, credit card and third-party accounts with Bookkeeper level access will be provided during this call.

    Once these details are provided, the Clean Up will begin (see What You Get).

    I will be in contact weekly to let you know the progress of our project.

    Towards the end, we’ll meet to review preliminary set of financials.

    Once approved by you, a clean, finalized set will be provided for your records, along with a file of your QuickBooks for you to maintain.

    A bit a bout communication—This piece is the most important. An open line of communication is imperative in regards to logistical and energetic implications. At times I’ll ask questions. regarding your business Money. Answers need to be provided within 48-72 hours to keep momentum.
